Dr.
Terry Reilly has been working in the region
in with KPMG Singapore and Australia since the mid
nineties. Presently the Director, Innovation, Dr.
Reilly is now responsible for the Innovation Intensity
program in Business Advisory Services Singapore.
The program provides company managers and entrepreneurs
with tools to improve the value of their IP, to
rapidly develop and prototype applications for the
market, and to build the cash flow necessary to
sustain growing businesses. He has also been a judge
on Singapore’s Innovations Awards. |

| Since the mid-nineties
Dr. Reilly has been association with KPMG in various
positions including Associate Director, where he
worked with science, technology and engineering
enterprises to develop work cultures more appropriate
to the new era of technological development. Earlier
he restructured a global electronics company and
developed centres of excellence across the region
to drive innovation in product development. |

| He has also worked
with a division of the Commonwealth Scientific and
Industrial Research Organization in Australia to
develop a new commercially oriented culture. He
has assisted global enterprises and state bodies
like Australian Water Technologies (Sydney Water
Board), dot com companies in Singapore (including
Sony Singapore), Telstra Australia, Mac Donald’s,
health insurers, public health agencies and IT companies
(such as Intel Corporation) and numerous other assignments.

| Dr Reilly has
also advised governments on the policy challenges
associated with innovation. |

| Prior to joining
KPMG, Dr. Reilly was a corporate executive in the
telecommunications industry in Australia. |
